1. Services Provided
Lakes Edge Photography & Design provides professional photography services including Senior Portraits, Media Days, Team & Individual Photos, Action Photography, Studio Sessions, Banner Shoots, Special Events, and Print & Digital Image Sales.

2. Booking & Payment
A signed agreement and/or deposit may be required to secure your session date. Final payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or service agreement. Orders for prints, products, and digital downloads are non-refundable once processing begins.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Rescheduling due to weather or unforeseen circumstances will be accommodated whenever possible. Client-requested cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit depending on timing.

4. Image Delivery & Usage
Final edited images will be delivered via online gallery unless otherwise specified. Clients may download and share images for personal use. Commercial use, resale, or alteration without written permission is prohibited. Lakes Edge Photography & Design retains copyright to all images unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Print & Product Orders
All sales are final once submitted to the print lab. Claims for damaged products must be made within 7–14 days of receipt.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for equipment failure, acts of nature, third-party service interruptions, or indirect damages. Liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered.
